Authenticity and lawful ownership
You may only submit, sell, buy, or handle authentic goods that you own or are authorized to represent. Counterfeit, stolen, replica, altered-brand, or illegally imported items are not allowed.

Registration terms
These terms apply when creating a LuxeCon Inc. buyer, seller, or staff account for the internal alpha.
Term 2
Accurate item disclosure
Sellers must accurately disclose condition, defects, odor, repairs, spa treatment, recoloring, missing accessories, serial or date code issues, and any authenticity concerns before review.
Term 3
Inspection and review
LuxeCon Inc. may review listing materials, inspect physical goods, request more information, reject an item, adjust an offer, pause fulfillment, return goods, or hold settlement when information is incomplete or inconsistent.
Term 4
Seller responsibility for mismatch
If an item does not match the submitted photos, condition, accessories, notes, or authenticity statements, the seller is responsible for return shipping and any inspection, authentication, handling, or recovery costs caused by the mismatch.
Term 5
Buyer and account conduct
Users must provide accurate account and company information, protect login credentials, use the platform only for legitimate transactions, and avoid fraud, harassment, abuse, chargeback misuse, or attempts to bypass LuxeCon Inc. workflows.
Term 6
Platform records and communications
LuxeCon Inc. may keep account, listing, order, shipment, inspection, settlement, and communication records for operations, dispute review, compliance, recovery, and account security.
Important notice
Registration approval, listing visibility, order fulfillment, and settlement may be delayed, limited, or denied if these terms are not followed.
